Stephen Kang, O.D.

Dr. Kang attended the University of California, Los Angeles for his undergraduate training. He received his doctorate from the New England College of Optometry in Boston after completing internships at Barnet Dulaney Eye Center in Phoenix, AZ, the Veterans Administration in Manchester, NH, and Vision Care of Maine in Bangor, ME.

His interests include specialty contact lenses, laser vision co-management and the treatment of ocular diseases. Dr. Kang is also certified to fit Paragon CRT and enjoys fitting multifocal contact lenses. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association and the local Santa Clara County Optometric Society.

In his spare time, Dr. Kang enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys traveling to third world countries for humanitarian trips and spending time outdoors on local trails. Dr. Kang is fluent in Korean and Spanish.
